The days go by, just as everything in life changes and transforms. Here in Água Boa, each dawn is a mixture of extraordinary colors and tones,each dawn heralds another day of adventures and fierce battles with our native inhabitants, the Tucunarés…
South Africa arrived to us this week with all its characteristic pomp and noise.
As always, Jonathan Boulton (Mavungana) sent us a group that perfectly characterizes what South African fishermen are like.

But, speaking of fishing;
It was a very good week, both in numbers and size, and none of our fishing friends left here disappointed.
The golden beaches began to appear, offering unique opportunities for sight fishing, one of the great attractions of our river.
And what image could be more impactful than seeing all the movement of a ferocious fish attacking its prey with impressive speed.
Not even a camera can capture all the poetry and sequence of this moment.
And yes…
A very good number of fish over 10 lbs were willing to pose for the cameras and get inside the memory of our visitors, what a photographic moment and an emotional experience.
Above 15 lbs, the fight was harder, but the result was even sweeter, and this happened frequently.
Água Boa, being Água Boa…
