Brazilians are some of the most hospitable people on earth. With a smile and a twinkle in their eye, the Brazilians share our goal of making your trip to Brazil special and memorable. The Agua Boa Amazon Lodge has an often unseen team of people working in the background at the lodge. Without these services the lodge would not run as smoothly as it does.

2024 Lodge Staff

Kitchen Staff Left: Chef Alexandre Right: Sous Chef Ronilson

Chef Alexandre and Sous Chef Ronilson will make sure you are well fed throughout your week.

Dining Room Staff Left: Cleane Right: Johne

Cleane and Johne have been with the team for many years. They will be found serving freshly made Caipirinhas to returning anglers after a long day on the river, and serving hot appetizers at the pool side bar while guests are relaxing prior to their evening meal.

Lodge Maintenance – Juarez

Juarez is in charge of the lodge maintenance, and is our groundskeeper for the Agua Boa.  He does an excellent job maintaining the swimming pool, keeping the generators and boat motors in tip-top shape as well as keeping the lodge looking good.

Cleaning Team Left: Jaira Right: Loura

Jaira and Loura are in charge of cleaning the guests cabins each day, and providing our guests daily laundry service. We are incredibly lucky to have them both on our team as they do a great job keeping everything immaculate for our guests. They are two of the hardest workers at the lodge.
