This marks the start of another exciting day for our fishing friends.
After a refreshing cup of coffee, everyone is energized and ready for a day of fishing and adventure.
Each boat that leaves the dock carries dreams and a determination to make the day memorable.
It’s an incredible sight at the waterfront, where every departure signifies the beginning of a new adventure.
A special shoutout to Tim and Mindy Coyle, who used to visit us regularly.
They’ve started a family, and now that the kids are older, they’re back to relive their fond memories.
We’re thrilled to welcome them back!
This past week was fantastic, not just because of the fishing, but also because of the great sense of humor of our visitors. There were plenty of smiles and jokes shared.
Yes, we have a lot of fun here in the forest.

As for the main reason people visit us—fishing—it was as great as always. Congratulations to Henry for the beautiful 18-pound catch and to Tim for the splendid Arapaima.
We had an excellent number of fish between 10 and 15 lbs, a good number over 15 lbs, and a lot of variety, including: Arapaima, Arowana, Bicuda, Piranha, Red Tail Catfish, Matrinxã, and Payara, etc…
For those planning to visit us this season, the recommended fishing equipment remains the same.
Rods:
8 and 9 weight, but a 7 will give a lot of fun with the strong butterflies, weighing 3 to 7 pounds.
Lines:Intermediate, sinking tips, or floating, with intermediate being the most commonly used.
Tippet:40 and 50 mono are recommended.
